Product Features
1. The material of contacted part is SUS316L stainless steel, inside and outside of the equipment are with mirror polishing and get to GMP standard.
2. All pipelines and parameter are controlled automatically if needed. Electronics are imported from foreign country, like Siemens ,Schneider, ABB etc.
3. Emulsifying tank is with CIP cleaning system, it makes the cleaning easier and more effective.
4. Bottom homogenizer: variable frequency speed regulation 0-3600 r/min, only use ABB motor, stable operation and long service life, flat bottom valve discharging, can also manually.
5. Vacuum function to eliminate product bubbles, so that final product looks more exquisite and smooth.
Main Feactures:
1.Complex scraping board blending oar is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieve optimizing effect;
2. Polytetrafluroethylene scraping board cater to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall;
3.Homogenizer is installed on boiler bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. During few production, it can exert homogenizing effect fully;
4.Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with corresponding structure to realize liquid high -capability cut,rubbing,centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick cream; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300EMSH (sanitation grade) accords with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.
